Danielle Binder
Danielle Binder is a Toronto-based wife and mother of two boys. Danielle went to school for urban planning and is currently working in government relations. She has always wanted to write a children’s book.
She was inspired to write this book from visiting family in Jamaica with her cousin Gabe (illustrator). During those visits they would often participate in turtle hatchings alongside an environmental conservation group.
Danielle and Gabe are proud to give a portion of the proceeds of this book to organizations that support the preservation of the sea turtle population.
